Breakfast is the most important meal of the day - I know breakfast is not everyones's cup of tea but in my daily routine it's really important, if not available I will get grumpy, feel ill, have an headache and maybe even fall of my bike ... 

Nothing of these are favorable and especially when being in the situation I am in now where the daily structure is completely gone - eating breakfast, mostly yoghurt with fruit, nuts and granola combined with a cup of coffee made by someone who loves a good cup of brewed coffee just as much as I do is the perfect way of keeping me on track of what I need to do. We make coffee with an Aeropress - and suddenly spending 7 minutes on those cups of coffee is just such a valuable investment.

Eat that breakfast !
