Well I did mostly eat fish, sushi, ramen, yakitori - tried to eat local Japanese food while being in Japan. BUT - there were also exceptions. I had the wildest cravings for beef at some point and I had walked past Freshly Burgers a few times.
I am a burger Fanatic. There are so many bad ones out there - so the risk of just going in at some random place was pretty huge. But the Japanese knows their beef and it was freaking amazing. This one is with fresh avocado - grilled perfectly medium with the crispiest fries.
I could eat this anytime !!!
