My dear man sent me these amazing pictures today - they are for real and they are absolute incredible !
First thought is of course what a horrible thing to do - throwing old subways into the Atlantic Ocean but hey the purpose of it is quite extraordinary, this is a part of New York Metropolitan Transit Authority's recycling program. The carts are shipped into the Atlantic Ocean to rebuild underwater reefs.
