We had visitors last week and one of them is a phở bò fan and I had heard that the phở bò at Dong Xuan Center is pretty good. The Vietnamese population is the second biggest minority after the Turkish in Berlin at least so I have heard and this is: Vietnamese Heaven - We went and spent a few hours in fake nail and plastic flower paradise and did indeed enjoy very good beef soup and had fun trying out glitter nail polish and enjoying the fact that the range of MC Hammer pants in different colours and prints was huge.
