Laura Faurschou was a fellow student of mine at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts School of Design, only she was at the department for Furniture and Spatial Design. I have always been intrigued by the way she mixes her feminine style with simple Scandinavian values. She has a real good sense of textures and colour and you should bear this name in mind - she has a webpage as well, so check it out.
Seeing how creative people live is funny and I loved both reading the interview (in Danish) but also seing how this talented lady lives. I love it - hope you do too.

Off to the anual Oktoberfest tomorrow, hope to see some friends, swirl my brand new Dirndl - found it a thrift store here in Berlin and it was a bargain and maybe have a beer or two.
