The norwegian restaurant was granted 2 Michelin stars today - an astonishing accomplishment when you mention the minor detail that they have only been open for 14 months and they got 2 stars right away.
I checked out their homepage - and they have this nice, little video. I might have chosen a different track than Agnes Obel but hey you can't have it all ...
