It was pretty cold, a little bit grey and as always with a shivering wind - but it didn't matter because a lot of my family was there - we celebrated one hell of a birthday bash for my mother and it all went so well. We celebrated for many days and had rented an old fashioned tram with which we took a sightseeing tour around Munich - showing friend and family "our" city was great fun and especially showing it too people who had not seen it before.
Even though we had a tight program we had time to see the most amazing Kraftwerk Exhibition at Kunstbau - it is over now but it was so cool - I showed my man a great new spot I discovered last time I was in Munich, it was packed of course but it was great anyways - and we even had breakfast in bed !
We dropped by Frankfurt on our way home - our flight was overbooked so by stopping over in Frankfurt we made some money - and could buy cheap ass german magazines, drink austrian soda and eat cheese Pretzel ...
