If I could choose I would celebrate my new years eve here - this is a place called Puerto Giesing and is an old Shop / Mall - Karstad - Hertie in Munich and it has been a cultural workshop with exhibitions, club, nerd nights, concerts, fashion shows, creative studios and get togethers for about a year because a group of artists occupied it after the shop closed down because of the crisis ! It's in Munich so everything has been fairly legal and civilized but now they will tear it down and the last party will be the new years party with a lot of old skool hip hop - so if I could choose I woud go there !
